Hafiz Huda is an accomplished creative leader with a deep passion for shaping brand narratives that resonate. As the former Group Creative Director of Velocity Global, he led the charge in redefining the company’s new brand vision to execute a content program to drive demand generation, sales enablement, and product storytelling. His leadership was pivotal in the 2023 rebrand, orchestrating a comprehensive overhaul that included a new visual identity, website launch, and strategic positioning across global markets.


Before joining Velocity Global, Hafiz was the Executive Creative Director at Zulily, where he directed an expansive in-house creative team responsible for delivering Zulily’s brand experience to life across all marketing channels. His tenure at Zulily was marked by his ability to evolve the brand’s story while overseeing the launch of over 15,000 new SKUs each week through a team of more than 165 creatives.


Hafiz also significantly impacted Amazon, where he held several leadership roles, including Group Creative Director at Amazon Go. He developed a cohesive brand language at Amazon Go as the store concept expanded across multiple cities. In his first role at Amazon for the North American retail stores, he established the first in-house creative team. He led major marketing initiatives such as the first Prime Day, Prime Music, Kindle Unlimited, and the launch of Prime Now, managing an innovative team of over 65 designers across North America.


With over 20 years of professional experience, Hafiz has worked with industry giants like American Express, Coca-Cola, and Anheuser-Busch. His multifaceted career spans roles from Art Director to Brand Strategist, each reflecting his love for diving deep into projects and creating experiences that leave a lasting impact. A Savannah College of Art and Design graduate, Hafiz lives in Seattle with his brilliant daughter and Sparkles, their cat-like Bichon.
